I bring more than two decades of Marketing and Commercial leadership at Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, including seven years on Coke Germany’s Executive Team. These years shaped my understanding of how results are created in high-performance roles and what it takes for leaders to navigate dynamic environments, especially the interplay and hidden tensions between market drivers, operations, strategy and culture.

In parallel, I trained and worked extensively in future thinking, coaching and psychotherapy to help leaders and teams operate with greater clarity and depth. This integration of perspectives allows me to work with executive teams on a level that goes beyond pure strategy or team building. I support them in exploring how they think, how they decide and how they grow.
